Slap Happy Blues - Bald Head Blues Opens in Five Points Raleigh

Your daily routine is starting to resemble that of a hibernating bear. Beat the rainy day blues by shopping at Raleigh's new Bald Head Blues. It will bring a smile to our face!

Bald Head Blues a well-made, well-priced clothing line which can take you from the golf course, to the city streets, to football games, to the State Fair with ease, has just opened its first 'off-island' retail boutique at 2003 Fairview Rd. in the heart of Five Points, Raleigh.

This store brings together the finest men's and women's specialty apparel with a distinctive new classic Americana feeling, but with a twist. Crested logos, needlepoint flip-flops, nautical pieces, golfshirts and needlepoint belts all lend to a coastal feel. Isn't it great to bring that positive, ocean vibe with you wherever you go?

Owner, Claude Pope launched Bald Head Blues, in April 2014 with his first retail shop located in Bald Head Island, NC. His inspiration for this coastal clothing line came from the uniqueness of Bald Head Island... being a "golf cart only" mobility. (That's right, no cars allowed.) The Bald Head Blues logo was created with that inspiration and "Clothing for Coasting" motto derived from'coasting around in the golf cart' on the coast of NC.

Bald Head Blues clothing line was created for those who love the beach, love to golf, love to surf and just love life. This lifestyle brand specializes in super soft pima cotton polos, quarter zip jackets, button down shirts, boxer shorts, polos for little boys and so much more. And coming October 15, they will launch their men's kahki pants.

Wearing Bald Head Blues transports you to a place we all long to be, no matter where we are. Shopping at this quaint clothing boutique in Five Points Raleigh, you'll love their wide range of men's and women's apparel, as well as accessories and gifts, featuring designer lines carefully selected highlighting goods made in NC and/or in the USA.
